Between 2017 and 2019 I was part of the Programming, Curatorship and Marketing team at the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation's Movie Theater. I programmed independent films and blockbusters on the two screenroons of the Foundation's Movie Theater in Recife (Pernambuco, Brazil), and together with the team we held more than 20 film showcases and festivals, always with projects aimed at forming audiences. In 2017 we had an average of 32 thousand spectators per year, in 2019 we reached more than 83 thousand. Below, a memory of my history and some highlight festivals.
